Items should be returned new in their original Kandee packaging. From time to time, Kandee will offer complimentary gifts, these must be returned un-open and in the original condition, if on return Kandee find these goods missing or opened, you will be charged a fee of £30.00 – this is non-negotiable and should be taken into consideration when deciding to keep your purchase.
Returns that are damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer, at their own costs.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.
All items returned must be authorised via email from customer care. Unidentified returns can and will be returned to the sender
*SALE/Discounted items are only returnable for a store credit minus the original delivery costs. This EXCLUDES orders shipped outside of the EU as SALE/Discounted shoes shipped outside of the EU are non returnable.
*Complimentary shipping will be a charged for service should the item be returned for a refund.
*Special orders - Pre-orders cannot be returned.
For all returns, exchanges and refunds please follow the below procedure. Please submit written notification to email@example.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Clearly explain why you would like to return your item/s and if an item is faulty, please provide us with full details & images. If you would like to exchange the size or style, please inform us of the replacement shoe name and size. You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been authorised and we issue you an RMA. All returns postage needs to be paid for by the customer. Exchange of size(s) or style(s) will sent to you once your original shoes have been received in resalable condition. If postage was complimentary due to an offer the original postage amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

For any return in Europe the customer will bare all costs and the goods remain the customers’ full responsibility until accepted at our Returns Department. If an exchange in size is needed this must be requested to the Customer Care department within 3 days, the customer will pay for return shipping to the United Kingdom and also be charged for the re-shipping of the replacement size.

Returned items will be credited as either a store credit for international orders or refunded to the original card used during check out for orders cancelled under the DSRs within the United Kingdom. This refund will be excluding all shipping costs, international customs fees and taxes. We ask all shoes are returned in a new, unused and unworn condition with all original packaging. New and unused means that there are no marks or any wear on the shoes or the packaging. If there is an indication that the item has been used it will be returned to the customer, at their own costs. Please note that we need to receive your returned shoes before we issue a refund or dispatch the exchanged size or style.
